Screencast 2

For my second screencast I used the web site www.screenr.com. Both web sites that I used were pretty much the same. They were very easy to use and easy to navigate. However, the web site I used today didn't make you register a new account, you just had to use your email. I personaly liked the web site that I used today better than the one yesterday, but they were both good web sites.

Screencast Review

A screencast is a video that you take of your computer screen so you can show people how to do something. I like learning how to use one so if I even need to use one in the future than I can. I also liked teaching how to do something. However, I didn't like talking in it because I feel awkward when I do it around other people, and I don't like hearing the sound of my voice. This could be helpful to me if I ever need to show people how to do something I can just film my computer screen and teach people. It would be most helpful to the people who are watching it, because if someone needs to learn how to do something then they can see exactly how to do it.

Software Licensing

Windows live is more like microsoft word and is almost the exact same. Google docs is much more different than microsoft word and windows live. Ways that the two are alike are they both have the options to do word documents, powerpoins, and other options that are like microsoft. I find that google docs is a little easier to find your way around than windows live. Windows live also allows you to embed thing and google docs does not have that option

Technology Article

Doctor's are live tweeting a brain surgery on a 21 year old lady to show people about brain tumors. You are able to watch the whole operation live (if your stomach can handle it) and see what the doctors really do for a change. Over 190,000 people a year are diagnosed with brain tumors and the whole idea of the project is to educate the public about brain tumors using a popular social network.
